1. How this is actually built
Every app on this domain is written almost entirely with the help of AI coding assistants, working from a single person's instructions and review rather than a team of engineers with a dedicated QA process, a security audit, or a compliance function. That's what people mean by "vibe-coded": fast, iterative, AI-assisted development, reviewed by a human but not tested to the standard a bank, a hospital, or a company with a legal department behind it would test to.
That's disclosed here on purpose, not as a throwaway line, because it changes what you should reasonably expect: bugs that a larger team's process would have caught before you ever saw them, edge cases that were never considered, and features that may behave correctly today and differently after the next change. None of that is unique to AI-assisted code — all software has bugs — but the odds and the safety net are genuinely different here than with a funded company's product, and you should weigh that honestly before trusting any of these apps with something that matters.
If you're not comfortable with that risk profile for a particular use — tracking money you can't afford to misplace, planning travel you can't afford to get wrong — that's a completely reasonable conclusion, and the right move is not to rely on these apps for that use.
2. The service
"The Service" means duknust.com, its shared login, and every app that uses it:
- Floky — cashflow projection.
- Blobby — portfolio tracking.
- Continuum — a personal timeline of events.
- Tropora — trip planning, step by step.
These apps share one account (one email and password logs into all of them) but keep their own data separate — see section 9. More apps may be added to the domain later, and this document applies to those too, from the moment they launch, without needing to be republished for each one.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You need an account (email + password) to use any app beyond its public, unauthenticated pages (like a shared Tropora trip link). You're responsible for:
- Using a real email address you control, and a password you don't reuse somewhere that matters more.
- Everything that happens under your account, whether or not you did it yourself.
- Being old enough, under the law that applies to you, to agree to these terms without a parent or guardian.
One person, one account. There's no age-tiered version of these apps and no attempt to verify age beyond taking your word for it — if you're not old enough to agree to these terms yourself, don't create an account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to:
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Access another person's account, or any data that isn't yours, without permission.
- Probe, scan, or attack the infrastructure behind these apps — including automated scraping, load-testing, or attempts to bypass the account/quota system.
- Upload content you don't have the right to upload (a Tropora trip photo you don't own the rights to, for instance), or anything illegal, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Resell, sublicense, or operate the Service on anyone else's behalf as if it were your own product.
Breaking any of this is grounds for suspending or disabling your account — see section 12.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
No advice or information, oral or written, obtained from the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated here. You use the Service, and act on anything it shows you, entirely at your own risk — see section 1 for why that matters more here than it might elsewhere.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of duknust.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or financial loss of any kind — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, however caused, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the greatest extent that law permits. Given the Service is provided free of charge, and to the extent your jurisdiction allows liability to be capped by reference to what you paid, total liability is capped at €0.
7. Floky & Blobby — not financial advice
Floky's cashflow projections and Blobby's portfolio tracking are personal tools for organizing numbers you enter yourself. Neither is, or is meant to be read as:
- Financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice.
- A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
- A guarantee that any projection, calculation, or displayed figure is accurate, complete, or up to date.
Market data, exchange rates, and prices shown may be delayed, approximate, or wrong. Neither app is a regulated financial service or connected to a licensed advisor. Verify anything that actually matters independently, especially before making a real financial decision, and consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation. See also section 1 — software that projects your cashflow deserves extra skepticism when it was built this way.
8. Tropora — not a booking or travel service
Tropora helps you organize a trip you're already planning. It does not book, confirm, or guarantee anything — flights, hotels, reservations — and has no relationship with any airline, hotel, or travel provider. Times, timezones, and details you enter or that get computed (like timezone offsets across a trip) are provided for convenience only; always verify actual bookings, check-in times, and travel documents directly with the provider or authority responsible for them, not from what's shown in the app.
A shared Tropora trip link (live or snapshot) reflects what its owner chose to publish and, for a live link, their own progress — it is not an official itinerary and nothing in it should be relied on as one.
9. Data & privacy
One login works across every app because of a shared identity database: your email, a hashed (never plaintext) password, and — only if an operator disables your account — the fact and date of that. That's the entire shared record. Nothing else is shared between apps automatically.
Each app keeps the rest of your data — trips and photos in Tropora, accounts and movements in Floky, holdings in Blobby, events in Continuum — in its own separate database, tied to that same login but not visible to, or shared with, the other apps.
Data isn't sold, and isn't shared with third parties beyond what's needed to run the Service itself (the infrastructure it runs on — Cloudflare — and, where an app sends email, the provider it uses to send it). Photos you upload in Tropora are stored with an unguessable address, the same trust model as a share link: anyone who has the exact link can view the file, so don't upload anything you wouldn't want seen by someone you shared a link with, intentionally or by the link leaking.
An operator can see account existence, email, and — through the admin tools described in section 12 — aggregate usage counts and can disable an account. Day-to-day app content (your actual trips, movements, holdings) is not routinely reviewed by anyone; it's read only when needed to run or fix the Service, or if legally required.
10. Data durability & backups
There's no guarantee that any data you enter is retained, backed up, or recoverable — a bug, an infrastructure failure, or an operator action (including a deliberate reset of stored photos in Tropora, which an operator can trigger; see section 12) could result in permanent loss. Where an app offers an export, use it periodically for anything you'd be upset to lose. Where it doesn't, assume what you enter exists only as long as the Service does and isn't a substitute for your own records.
11. Availability & changes to the service
The Service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued — in whole or for any single app — at any time, without notice and without liability. There is no uptime guarantee and no service level agreement. Features described anywhere (including this page) may change or be removed.
12. Suspension & termination
An operator can disable your account at any time, for any reason — typically a violation of section 4, abuse of the Service, or a legal request — through an internal admin tool that is not itself part of any app. A disabled account can no longer log in anywhere on the domain, and an already-open session is signed out the next time the app it's open in checks in (this can take a few minutes, not instantly). The same tool can also permanently delete all photos stored by Tropora, in either its production or test environment, which is irreversible and not scoped to a single account.
You can stop using the Service at any time. There is currently no self-service account deletion; to request one, use section 16.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of duknust.com from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any right of a third party.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute not otherwise resolved between the parties falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts — except where the law that applies to you as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country instead, in which case that right isn't affected by this section.
15. Changes to these terms
This page may be updated at any time; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms. For any change significant enough to matter, a reasonable effort will be made to surface it (for example, on the app's own site) rather than relying on you to re-read this page unprompted — but checking back periodically is still on you.
